Shipments for individuals
(retail customers) offers the convenient and high-quality service for the delivery of orders within Portugal and Spain. We deliver tea and accessories from our warehouse in Spain every working day via courier service. All products carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.

Delivery done within 48/72 hours (weekends not included in the delivery period). On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, orders are not shipped. If you order on the site for one of these days, it will be sent the next working day.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, delivery a order won't start until confirmed the transfer (1-2 days).

If you have ordered tea or accessory and it isn't available after the order processing, we inform by e-mail and to come to an agreement on the delivery of the order, or to replace similar product with the same or higher category, or cancel a order.

In case of cancellation or partial delivery, you will receive a refund of the paid within maximum of 7 days from the date of confirmation by the client.

Tea and drinks are non-refundable.

The accessories such as glassware, filters and other things from category «Accessories» could be returns within 7 days in case of any damage, breakage or if you disagree with the product. Keep the purchase invoice and the original packaging to get money back. The amount of the refund will be the price of purchased goods, postage is not refundable, the return is your own and at your expense.
